Experience:

I will try to give you an overview of my professional work experience and the different Projects / Programmes that I have managed  or delivered , it is not an easy task to  list every detail as I have started to work in 1989 back in the University days.

Country to country and industry to industry , I have enjoyed all of my roles and looked for ways to develop them and their associated responsibilities. I have had some complex roles requiring more than the technical experience alone , and often found myself in a position where I need to use a blend of communication & problem solving techniques , people's management , marketing as well as IT skills.

Working with different people and in different countries is the part that I have enjoyed the most.
The Kaleidoscope of cultures , the different experiences and the limitless challenges. I have always treated my clients as partners and I saw their business as my business when engaging in different activities:
Fact finding , researching , gathering & analyzing data , auditing and delivering consultancy recommendations / reports or developing and delivering professional training.

During the past 6 years I have setup and managed 3 business units and co-setup two new small/medium companies all the way from conceptualisation & planning to production.

I firmly believe that success needs the full output and alignment of People, Processes and Technology. I have seen so many cases where only one or two of these elements were aligned and in full swing while the third one was not keeping up .... sounds familiar to you?

Imagine spending a fortune on getting the right people , paying them , training and coaching them , giving them good tools to do their job but not empowering them to take decisions!
Or spending madly on technology without having the right skilled personnel in the organisations! There are endless scenarios there. I won't list them .... they are better discussed over a good brew...

Why re-invent the wheel!
Technology is one of the best business tools globally available and accessible today ,it should always be used & implemented in that respect. Business goals (BOTH short and long term) dictate the type of solution to be used as well as the implementation methodology and integration (When needed) and not the other way round.

Change is a fact of life:
"The world around us is changing , Business rules are changing , Power is constantly shifting"

Some People say that "survival is for the strongest" , but I say that "Survival is for the most flexible or agile" I like the quote: "Evolve or face extinction!" I am not sure who said that , but I truly believe in it.

How can I help you / your business:
