I am using the free remote access version to access my home PC from work and their IT Reach to support and manage my server remotely.
Simply Put:
If you work for a small / medium organisation that has no formal IT support department or a limited one. Or a large Enterprise that has a very complex IT environment with too many layers and needs one million signatures before you can request something like remote desktop access.
You are sitting home preparing a presentation , an important offer for a client or simply finishing up some work that you could not finish during your regular working hours , suddenly you discover that you need a file or few files stored on your office PC , or you need to gain access to the e-mail client on your office PC to check important information that was sent to you earlier - does it sound familiar?

It is like normal internet browsing and the only traffic will be the keyboard input and mouse movement which makes it really fast (of course if you use the file transfer option it will generate more traffic)
How it works :
1.Register and open a free account through 3amLabs' Website.
2.Intall their small client application on your office PC or any PC that would like to remotely access or support , this small application runs as a service and securely connects you through port 443 to your account area on 3amLabs' site.
3.From anywhere in the world that has Internet connectivity , Log on securely to your account using your user name and password , you will be presented with the list of computers that you can access (The ones that you have previously installed the small application on) choose your target PC and you will be using it exactly as if you are logged on it locally, you can read and respond to e-mails , read and write documents , transfer files between your controlled PC and the one you are using to access it , it is like being physically present in the office!
